Shipping Instructions

For in stock items ordered before 17.00 hrs, shipment will be next working day unless you wish any special instructions then please contact us.

All orders are shipped by insured couriers. Deliveries are on weekdays between 8am and 6pm. It is not possible to deliver at the weekend unless by special arrangement (and additional cost). This can be arranged when you contact us.

Should you be out when the courier calls they will leave a card to let you know they have attempted delivery.
They will then take the order back to YOUR local depot. You can arrange collection from your local depot by calling the number on the card.

Somebody must be at the address to sign for the goods on the day of delivery. We can ONLY deliver goods to the credit card holders registered address or invoice address specified on the order (e.g. the address the bills are sent to). It is NOT possible for us to deliver goods to another address.

Privacy & Security

Evisuals Interactive Ltd do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you create an account.
Returns & Replacements

Returns 

No Quibble Exchange/Refund. All unwanted/ incorrectly ordered goods can be returned for a refund (within 14 days of delivery date) but are subject to a 25% restocking charge to cover delivery and administration costs. All goods must be unopened and in as new condition. The money will only be refunded once the goods have been received and inspected by evisuals interactive ltd returns department. For those with credit terms we reserve the right to invoice separately for the restocking fee.

Smartboards in particular are expensive items to deliver and collect, sometimes requiring a 2 man delivery, and by charging a restock fee we reserve the right to recover these costs.

Installation

If you require us to install the equipment

If a presite survey has not been requested and our installers find that the walls or ceilings cannot for health and safety reasons withstand the weight of the equipment, it will be deemed that the customer has ordered the incorrect goods.  We also reserve the right to charge expenses in relation to this, for travel and wasted time.

If requested a presite survey will incur an addtional charge.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all sizes, dimensions and weights are capable of withstanding the installation of equipment in the first instance unless a specific request for a site survey is recieved. 

It is the customers responsibilty to request a site survey if they are unsure about any of the aspects mentioned above. 

By ordering either online or offline is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Ordering

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the store or use the search option at the top of the screen, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. For your own security we ask for the CVV number from your credit card. This is the last (usually) 3 figure number on the signature strip of your card. ALL PURCHASES ARE SECURE AND CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE RECORDED OVER A SECURE CONNECTION (using Secure Socket Layers) indicated by the 'Golden Padlock' symbol is your browser.
